Complaint Details
I bought two coupons from www.koovs.com and one of those coupons was not working. So, the company promised to refund the amount. However, even after repeated reminders the company has still not returned the amount even after 2 months.
Please do something to make this company pay for the pain and agony they have caused me. Also i have attached the email conversation I had with the company representatives, who had promised to return the money.
