Respected sir,
This is regarding the above said offer given by M/s Videocon Industries Limited. The Offer was put forward by one of the sales executive at Devi International, No 22, 10th main, Jayanagar 2nd block, Bangalore - while i was purchasing my current TV set, Videocon ctv 34 jUMBO 8800 QSP. The offer stated that if I could pay an extra Rs.7000.00 on the date of purchase of my existing TV set, and buy a bond issued by the manufacturer, I will be eligible to get a Plasma TV after 2 years and 11 months. Now that I have completed the time period on the bond. The company further stated that we have to pay off only the local taxes and transportation charges towards the delivery of the new TV set. However the company is claiming a sum of Rs.4995.00 towards taxes and transportation which is an exorbitant rate. Moreover the Tv does not come with even the basic accessory, the Remote control unit.

The TV does not come with an audio video port, no remote, no HDMI, no stand etc. This is complete cheating from the so to say major brand of manufacturer. This, as far as a consumer is concerned, is breach of trust and integrity.

Thus, I would humbly request the honourable court to accept my complaint regarding the same and do justice to the common public. I am just one among thousands who have been cheated in the hoax.
