I asked about a mobile plan on customer care of Airtel regarding ISD calls. I specifically mentioned him that I want to make call in Spain on a mobile number & not landlines. He gave me wrong information saying that the plan is valid for both landlines and mobile phones. I recharged my number with that amount and when I made the call in Spain the money got deducted from main balance indicating that the plan is not working. and now I am trying to call customer care again to complain about the same and even after trying 14-15 times now they are putting my call on hold and not providing a sufficient chance to address my issue/ complain
