Complaint Details
We renewed our warranty with Eureka Forbes for Rs.3600/- on 21/07/10 for one year. 40 days ago our water filter stopped working, we go to know from the service technician that the motor does not work and he was to replace this warranty part. We have been calling almost every other day and still no one wants to come and replace the motor for the water filter.
