Hi I have never seen such third class customer service. I am following up from 1 month for cartridge of storage UV water purifier. I have called 10-15 times to call center from last 30 days but seen no satisfactory action. They just picking up the call, giving me request number and then forget. No follow up then. 2-3 times they have raised high priority request for me but still no one attended my home to provide the cartridge. My first request raised on 20 Feb, 2011. Request no is 0061259112. Then I again called call center on 5th March!!!. New request number is 0061443288. Then again I called on 11th March!!!!!. New request no is 0061501185. What a third class customer service!!!!! Shame on Eureka Forbes!!!!!
I hope I will get satisfaction by raising complaint to Consumer Complaints Reddresal Counsil.
