Sir/Madam this is very serious issue Please do initiate your efforts on this matter which is never ending and me, my son and other family members are suffering day by day.

Primary problem started from 6th April 2013 and after that it was going on Phillips India was sending my Lcd again and again by claiming your Lcd is working fine now but when I check I find the same problems in my Lcd, this happened till 12th June 2013 and after that there is my follow ups and updates only, from there side no response and still my Lcd is in their custody only.
I have tried so many places to get my money refunded but from their side no one approached regarding this issue.

Date of 1st complaint : 6th April 2013
Repair cost : INR 10,050/-(with 1 month warranty)
Date of repair done : 10th April 2013 (delivered back to me same day late evening)
Date of 2nd complaint : 9th May late night ( which got unsuccessful because they open till 9:00 PM)
10th May early morning complaint done for the same issue.

Sir/Madam now just think how smart they people are they have taken money from me 1,13,000/- (initial cost of Lcd) and 10,050/- (repair cost of Lcd) and have not returned the Lcd as well as my money and even after so many notices from me and Delhi Govt. Medation & conciliation center they are not trying to solve this matter.


I am attaching few documents to make this issue more clear.
Please help me and save me from these fraud people and also make awareness for humanity to avoid Phillips India products so that they will not make fool of more people.
