Complaint Details
Dear Sir,

I was invited by the sales group of magic Holidays (Panoramic Group) to come & understand the Magic holidays plan.

I agreed & on 29th March 13 visited there office at 210 Crystal Paradise, Off Veera Desai Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai , after few minutes Mr Sameer Kanse ,Sales Executive took me inside .

1. Mr Sameer explained me the detail plan & he also called his seniors. I was quite impressed by the plan & agreed to become the member.

2. It was conveyed by Mr Sameer & by his seniors probably the in charge of that unit, some special plan is on & if I become member today I will have to pay only Rs 146068, for the plan I have agreed. Further it was told that if I pay through Axis bank I will have to pay only Rs 36517 ( that day) i.e. 25 % of the amount & balance can be paid after 1 year without any interest .This was agreed and I paid Rs 36517 immediately.

3. While explaining the details it was also confirmed to me that if I pay 25 % i.e. Rs 36517 , I will be entitled for all the benefit and will get welcome gift by post within 10 days which will include Rs 3000 food coupon , prorogue gift , UCB for gent & ladies watches & RCI form for submission of my application.

4. From here on ward i.e. after making the payment my actual problem started, sequentially it can be explained as below:-

· Nothing came within 10 days, after constant follow up I received food coupon for Rs 3000.00.
· Follow-up was maintained by me with Mr Sameer Kanse on regular interval by telephone & visiting his office & every time it conveyed that he has written to concerned person to send me the agreed welcome gift.
· It was of my great surprise that any senior person who all have discussed with me during meeting on 29th March 13 did not care to talk to me & it was conveyed they are busy
· Till date I have not received the welcome gift & RCI form.

· Finally I got SMS from Mr Sammer in response to my SMS on 30th may 13 that “I left the organization yesterday due to some personal reason".

· I sent my son to their office at Crystal Paradise office on 1st Jun 13 to meet the incharge , but it was declined.

· On 2nd Jun 13 I send mail as advised by Mr Kanse for the refund alongwith the interest.
· In response to my mail, I received SMS on 5th Jun informing “Your ECS of Rs 9129 will be deducted on 07.06.13”.
· On 6th Jun 13, mail was sent on this. I got immediate call from Ms Kavita at about 10.30 AM , she confirmed that they are making efforts to stop the ECS .Finally at 17.00 hrs again I got telephone call that they have cancelled request for ECS ,but actually on 7th Jun 13 Rs 9129 was debited from my account..

· At about 11.30 AM I also received call from Mr Sidiqui & after discussion he confirmed that necessary arrangement will be made to refund my money with Interest.
· Finally I got mail dated 26th Jun 13 mentioning “We wish to inform you that we are unable to process the refund of the amount paid towards your membership fees as request for cancellation received in Post look in period.”
I am requesting the refund of Rs 36517 +Rs 9129 (Total Rs 45646) because wrong commitment made by the officials of Magic Holidays & wrongly charging EMI of Rs 9129. I also understand while talking to different persons of Magic Holidays that the whole team of 210 Crystal Paradise, Off Veera Desai Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai have been removed because they were making wrong promises to customers.
