Complaint Details
I have made an AMC of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard on 24th March 2010. They have told to provide me the quaterly free service but till now they have not provided the free service. I have made repeated complain in the Eureka Forbes customer service center but till now they have not provided any solution. Moreover, I have also asked them a written mail detaling the AMC charges amount but they have also not provided that. My AMC has expired on 23 March. So can you please look into it and do the needfull.
