Complaint Details
I had taken the DISH TV HD package on 29th Jan 2011. I paid 2999 for the
connection. I also took world cup HD pack for which I paid Rs.150 Separately. I am getting the following HD
channels only -

1. Zee TV HD
2. Discovery HD
3. Nat Geo HD

1. Start Cricket HD
2. ESPN HD

I am not getting any other HD channels. I called DISHTV help desk and they
told me that it is because I have a mono LNBF and they are planning to
change it (on 18th March). Since I paid for the HD package but did not get these HD
channels, I asked him for a credit for that period (two months free HD
package). He told me to write to customer care (DISHTV). I had written mails (attached) the
LNBF is not yet changed.

Pls see that I get the requisite redressal
