Hello,
I bought a Power bank from the above mentioned website on cash on delivery and within an hour I called the firm to inform that I received a defective non-functioning product and the company said I'll get a refund as they are unable to replace it. Since, then I keep calling them but I do not receive any call back from them as they claim. I have 2 complain numbers with them, 1 is QRC207814 and another is QRC551173.

They closed my earlier complaint(QRC207814) without refunding my money.
In this span they just called me twice and I was not able to pick up the phone and they never tried a second time.

Please help me in getting my money back.
