Complaint Details
I had booked a after sale service contract with Eureka Forbes on 15 March 2010 valid upto 14 March 2011 for Rs 3,700. As per the contract, I was entitled to receive, atleast 4 services during the year from their authorized service center (the address and phone number of which I was given for any future correspondence). It was also mentioned that the center will call me whenever the service of my equipment fell due. There was no call received from the center for the entire year. I also called them several times to book a service but either the number wasnt available or no one picked the phone. Finally, I got in touch with them on March 2011, wherein I was told that the address of the service center changed along with the phone numbers and it was my responsibility to find their new numbers and contact them. The center only provided me one service in the month of March 2011. On my repeated requests to continue the AMC for another year since I had not received any services in 2010, the customer service department kept on giving me numbers to talk to their seniors which again went unanswered or were not in existence.

I want the service agreement to be continued for the year 2011-2012.
