Complaint Details
The Company "The Fair Stay", promised me to give a free gift of phone - Sony xperia Z2 on doing a online booking of the holiday package for which I paid rs 8899, through my ICICI bank Credit card on 20th May with transaction ID- 95438969, but instead they sent me a back pack as a free gift and now on calling them the phone number is not reachable, web site address "thefairstay.com", phone numbers -0120 650 0779, and 9312722428, I have a mail from them about the free gift, secondly when they gave me a booking confirmation they asked me to acknowledge the receipt of holiday package and while doing so I mentioned that I'm waiting for a free gift but they refused to accept it, pls get me my money back and punish this fraud company
