Complaint Details
Mr.Govardan Dandwani implicated me in false bounce cheque under NI138 .He created bogus liability in my name by withdrawing from his saving account of Shamrao Vithal Co.Op. Bank. Kalyan Branch in my name by bearer cheque bearing No. 93075 dated 3/11/2004 of Rs.75,000/- I have requested bank from years by personal requests, by emails , under RTI to provide me copy of said cheque , so that I can stand clear in court that I have not withdrawn said bearer cheque. But bank is refusing to coperate in matter & not providing me confirmation that said cheque was bearer & also not giving xerox copy of said cheque. I am attaching here with concern document. I request you to please help me to get details from bank.
Due to financial conditions I am unable to hire good advocate & defending my matter myself in court.
