Despite my several reminders and follow ups, my refund is still pending from past 114 days. It shows your airline companies intention against refund policy.
I am really surprise to see the worst follow up from your team. Till date nobody had contacted me from Jetairways, Jayaswal Enterprises or Rajawat Travels for my refund. Its only me to chase you guys on regular basis.
I am requesting to Sr. Management of Jet Airways to examine the root cause and share the same with me as its a serious matter for Consumers to understand.
Also, pls do not hesitate to share if your team is unable to refund my amount. Kindly update me today itself, so I can proceed for legal action in Consumer Court against your Unfair trade practice of Refund policy. I will surely update the below communication on various Consumer websites, social websites and other Media as I have legal right to raise my voice in public against your refund policy . My intention is to give awareness to public against your unfair trade practice of refund policy.

Thanks for your revert, requesting you to understand my below feedback :
I had booked a ticket from Rajawat Travels on dated 3rd Feb 2015 for Jaipur-Baghdogra , travel date 4th Feb 2015 with PNR no GZHXUD (Tickets Attached).
On 4th Feb your local staff announced after our security checked-in at Jaipur airport that Jaipur to Delhi is delayed due to bad weather condition but Delhi to Baghdogra is on time. So they requested us to exchange our tickets for next day, also recommended us to cancel the Jaipur-Delhi air tickets and fly directly from Delhi airport to Baghdogra on 5th Feb as there will be a chances of delay on next day for Jaipur-Delhi.
Further they committed us 7-8 days for full payment refund against Jaipur-Delhi and handed over a VCR5 & VCR6 printout (printout attached).
With such condition we were unable to fly on dated 4th Feb and unable to avail my preplanned package of SOTC for 4th-5th Feb. ( another loss of 2 days package due to delayed in flight time by your airlines)
Somehow we managed a taxi on 4thFeb 2015 to Jaipur-Delhi and 1night stay cost at our own due to such delay by your airlines.
After 1 month we approached to your local Jet airways Office but again they said that we will take time to refund and unable to share the timeline.
As per below communication the follow up of your team is in front of you.
As a service provider you cannot hold consumers payment for 80days without any reason. Kindly share the reason also.
Believe me, there is no rocket science in below communication to examine or finding a root cause , Kindly check the delay in flight time for dated 4th Feb 2015 for Jaipur-Delhi, Check the VCR5 & VCR6, check the below communication and refund the full payment asap.
I would appreciate your sincere efforts if you will be able to respond me on time with a positive result. Kindly update me today itself against my payment status, also pls don’t hesitate to share if your team is unable to refund the amount.

Our ticket number status showing exchange so we not able to take refund from our system. However in this case we have already submitted refund application from airline on dated 13-Feb-2015, still it is pending from airline end.
