Dear Sir,
I have a Ca a/c 200999488234 M/s Carfixx in your ashok vihar delhi branch for a quite some time and never faced any problem from the bank but past few weeks the behaviour of your executive namely Mr.Rohit Sharma Manager (Operations) as told by him to me is so rude and not as per the standard of a reputed bank. First of all someone make him understand that he is in service sector and to satisfy and serve the customer is atmost responsibility and secondly he is an employee of a reputed bank and not the owner of a shop.
My cheque book was stolen from my office few weeks back and i lodged the police complaint also and the request given to the ashok vihar bank branch also, there they have taken my request for the new cheque book duly stamped and signed and when i didnt recieved the new cheque book i call to toll free number of the bank and they said they didnt recieved any request i surprised to hear and i enquire in the branch there i meet this person Mr. Rohit who said that i have not issue you the cheque book reason 2-3 cheques given to me by my customers bounced in my a/c i request him that you can charge or may be charging for the same and its not in my hand to clear those cheques and he misbehaved in a very rude manner i said if you are not able to issue cheque book why you have taken my request and after those bounced cheque i got a new cheque book also and at that time i feel that the bank have not any problem in issuing the cheque book its him who is controlling the bank like a owner of a shop.
I am so much harassed by this person and trying to go consumer forum as there was not a single communication with me and with the bank regarding the issue of bounced cheque given to me and its purey deficiency of service.
But still i request and try to solve the matter so that the future loss to me and bank can be covered.
