I purchased Videocon 1.5 ton split AC 5 star rating (Model VS255) on 23rd April on 6 month

EMI, from Spencers Shop in Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida. Spencers got it installed on 26th

April from unaurtorised person (and i was not aware for it) . AC broke down and stopped

stoppped cooling & ice formation at split AC. Registered the complaint with videocon call

centre on 22nd May but no body attended. Call re-registered on 23rd May and person attended

the call on 24th May and resolved the problem but person denied giving any job card for the

same.. Again on 28th May, split AC started throwing water (approx 200 ml) and stopped

working. Again registered the problem at Videocon today.
Request you to look into the matter and support me to return the defective AC back to

Videocon and refund the full money. It mental & financial harrasement for me to take so

costly AC on loan and which hardly worked properly in the last 1 month.
