Complaint Details
I placed an order on shopclues on 5th May-2015 and item was not delivered after 20 days. The reason after inquiry was shipper vehicle was sealed by Sale Tax, now after 25 days also they are not refunding the money. The supporting staff each item provide false information. They firm is collection of big cheaters.
