Hi,

I bought this phone on 27th Oct'2014. The Phone on the first look seems to be amazing in its exterior looks as well as the performance. Definitely the performance was not as of Samsungs or Apples of the world , even it was not bought with that expectation.
After a month of purchase the phone started hanging in the middle of the calls and while using the internet. These problems were faced when the use is not that much. The real problem came when I starting using it since 2 months.

Please find below the problem points which I am facing since 2 months:

1. Phone hangs in the middle of conversation very frequently, sometimes in every 3- 4 minutes.
2. Phone stops functioning while using Internet, hangs and then restarts.
3. It produces a creaky sound suddenly and stops . This is very critical point as sometimes it creates panic among people if it is in middle of some meetings or conferences. Everybody gets afraid off this thinking that battery may blast .
4. Today , there was a call on the phone but nothing is visible on the screen and I was unable to pick it up. Only the phone was ringing continuously. I tied to shut down the phone but that button was also not working.

All these has made me realize that my money has been totally wasted . Request you to either replace me mobile or refund my money.
Moreover,These problems comes up mostly when I was in the middle of people which clearly sends the message across about the mobile brand's reputation.

Kindly look into this and advise on how you can help me.
