Complaint Details
I had purchased one panasonic inverter ac model number is YS18PKY in 2014. Recently i had a problem and given complaint through panasonic customer care on 22-May-2015. next day one technician had visited and told me it has a problem with outdoor unit fan motor if possible will replace today or tomorrow early hours and he told me he will go to the office and they will call to my mobile and will explain about fan motor charges. Today is 30-May-2015 till now i did not get any call from panasonic Vijayawada service center. I was daily calling their tollfree number but they did not solve my issue. When i called to toll free then they had given me vijayawada service incharge and others phone number. I called them somany times and nobody had answered except Chakradhar. He told me this is summer time it will take 24 hours time but almost it is 8 days over. till now at least they did not call me and inform me. When we bought ac then they said if i have any problem will solve within hours. Then i trust them and i bought it instead of daikin ac. I had cheated by panasonic service people.
