Dear sir ,

On 25th may i used OLA CABS taxi services , when i received the online invoice , i was shocked to see there was 32 minutes waiting charge , infact the cab came 8 minutes late to pick me up , i was waiting at my gate to get in to the taxi ASAP since i had my mofussil bus to catch , but this cab company cheated me , earlier also i faced the same problem for which they refunded but this time they do not even respond .
