Madam /Sir,
I have a 1 Ton LG split AC.My AMC contract elaosed in Apr/May'2014.
I have a cooling issue with my AC.hence contacted your Toll Free Number.

2 Engineers from GENNEXT Services,(Goregaon) had come to my residence to check the problem.
They suggested that the AC needs to be lifted to the Godown for further repairs, hence transport charges will be Rs.1100/-(Pay Immediately) and repair charges,Gas Fill around Rs.2500/-,as since my AC is year 2010 buy , no AMC contracts are entertained or entered into for machines beyond 5 years.
We did not go ahead.
Today another Engineer had come , and after just visual inspection opined that there is gas leakage.
We had to pay him Rs.250/- as service Charges for rendering no service.(Attached Receipt of Money)

Presumably,this is the new way of accumulating money. Normally Machines break down after passage of Time,after few years .But here the AMC can't be executed or renewed for equipments,5 years old.
Here I need to add that Rs.250/- taken from me under the Title Service Charges is wrong,arbitary and should be returned.
