Complaint Details
This is to inform you about the errant behavior of the below mentioned Bharat Gas distributor for Aundh, Pune. Insipite of placing an order before hand twice, the gas cylinder has been undelivered. This has been a routine procedure since last one year, the gas is never delivered at doorstep. The distributor office has become the delivery centre and consumers have to queue up for hours to get the delivery. The allocation of gas cylinders is not assured even then.

Please look into the matter at the earliest possible. We have filed multiple complaints in this regard but there has been no remorse.
