Hi,
I have an Indica DLX Turbo car bough in November 2007.
Around yr 8 months back in 2011, I have taken my car for servicing in Prerana Motors Peenya.
After the servicing, my car’s pickup reduced and the its performance degraded.
When I went back to them , they put the entire blame on me saying that I have put some bad diesel from somewhere due to which the fuel injection system has to be replaced. The total cost of the same was 25K.
Ridiculous, I am very particular about my car and only put premium quality diesel and moreover fuel injection system can never get damaged so quickly.
They even said that after replacing also they cannot guarantee the performance upgradation of my car.
I left from there and for my next servicing I gave my car to a different garage.
To my utter surprised I found that there was 1.5 liter of water in the diesel tank which was the cause of all the problem(this was more than 6 months to 1 yr after I gave my car to Prerena for servicing).
Tata Motors had called me for feedback but no action was taken post that.
I had left all hopes then one of my friends told me about this site.
