Complaint Details
I purchased a Virgo Beech divider7014 (Storage Solution) from your online store on July 23, 2013. Since then I have been mentally and financially struggling to track my order and achieve delivery of the same.
I have sent two emails to your customer team, ids cc@housefull.co.in and bd@houseful.co.in on August 12 and Sept 12th 2013, for which they have failed to reply. I have my outgoing call list for the month of Aug and September month where I have made more than 25 calls to this firm. Have spoken To senior executives names, Mr rahul, Mr Sonu in Ecommerce, Mrs Swapnali but my calls fell on deaf ears. I have recently sent them a registered post notice before i file a consumer complaint. I have given them a notice for 20 days after which i will fight this case legally.
