Complaint Details
I have taken 4 postpaid mobile connections from Tata Docomo with same account number and given one number to my friend nd he is using the same. But due to some problem my friend was not with me but he is used my connection and he has called customer care and requested for disconnection and they are also disconnected my connection without my knowledge. When I contacted customer care they said to contact Tata Docomo store but they asked me to contact customer service. Please look into this and resolve the problem as I need that connection again with the same plan
