Dear Sir/Madam,
I have raised many complaints to this service provider.Our broad band connection was not working for the last 5 days we are keep on calling customer service they are telling that they are sending an engineer to resolve the problem . But no one is coming. One of my brother is studying some courses in IT but he is not able to test the same also without internet,I have already mentioned this to the same to the customer service but no response received. Request you to please take necessary action
