I have Submit the My Handset at Pickup Point of Lava-xolo Model A1000 for Servicing . It's 1 Month left bust still they not ready to provide my Handset

Before Submitting handset they informed me within 5 working Days will get my Handset but they failed to do the same and now may be they have lost my handset it has whenver I call to them they unable to provide my Handset status.
