Hi I have never seen such third class customer service. I am following up from 1 month for cartridge of storage UV water purifier. I have called 10-15 times to call center from last 30 days but seen no satisfactory action. They just picking up the call, giving me request number and then forget. No follow up then. 2-3 times they have raised high priority request for me but still no one attended my home to provide the cartridge.
