Dear Sir,

Yes I am exhausted by reminding since I bought Vaccum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes,Pune

1. I was having a fine Vaccum Cleaner of Eureka Forbes Make since 1999, suddenly due to repeatedly visit by a irresoponsible sales person Mr.Dhanjay Sonawane from Eureka Forbes changes my old Vaccum Cleaner with a new one.

2. Since the day I got ,next day while running the Vaccum Cleaner, upper cap open automatically,after lot of repeatedly reminding,some technician visits my home, and instead of replacing,he repaired it (new vaccum cleaner one)

3. Again it happens repeatedly,this time nobody from Eureka Forbes bother to even visit ,so I tied the upper cap with a thread to stop repeatedly opening up.

4. This time on date:04.03.2011 same new Vaccum Cleaner (now becomes old) stops running,one Girish visit my home took the Vaccum Cleaner since more than 15 days, and every day same reply is coming that it will be done perfectly and handed over in 1 days.Yet to receive my Vaccum Cleaner.

5. Do not you think that Eureka Forbes Sales & Service Personnel got empty adv that Friendly Sales Man.I am just fed up by reminding them.

6. Eureka Forbes gave me one deffective Vaccume Cleaner, slowly times out it becames dameges type, then slowly in repairing mode.You can imagine after giving a deffective Vaccum Cleaner, how Eureka Forbes by running time out, making it now in reparable position.
