Complaint Details
Myself Dr.Deepak Rawtani working as Asst.Prof. (Bionanotechnology) at Gujarat Forensic Science university, Directorate of Forensic Science, Gandhinagar.



On 27 April 2015, I bought liberty shoes from online portal (http://www.libertyshoesonline.com/fortune-men-s-black-formal-non-lacing-kingfher08-11163.html) that was having displayed cost of Rs 1399/- (As displayed on website) and after deduction of discount it was showing final cost of Rs 1049. So the value of discounted should be Rs 350.



After placing order, the product which I have been supplied is having cost of Rs 1299

( Sr No:1505029100410).



Usually everyone does online purchasing just sake of discount and benefit. I also did for the same.



As I observed discounted value of Rs 350 but the product which I have supplied was already having cost of Rs 1299 and so the discounted value was Rs 250 only which I have given.



After getting ordered product I mailed several time ( 6 May, 7 May and 9 May) to liberty customer care and asked them, either to provide me the product of same value Rs 1399/- or refund me my whole amount.



Customer care person bearing name Ms. Arpita Singh (arpita@libertyrevolutions.com) responded to my mail.



The response which I got was very disappointing. They mentioned it was their technical mistake and they have rectified it.



Even Customer Care person (Ms. Arpita Singh) goes out of the way and used cheap language by mentioned " As an apology we will provide you a discount of Rupees 100/- on your next purchase."



Now I must mentioned its all because of wrong information displayed by company at their web site which made us fool to select wrongly discounted product ( that was not actual discount value.)

Now I just want, either they provide me product of same value that is RS 1399/- or Refund me my whole amount.
