i had lodged complaint vide token no. 8445792684 with samsung on their customer care centre (180030008282)on 18/05/2015 towards unavailability of parts for my refregerator model no. SR37EMA. the complaint was closed at their end as they are unable to supply the spare. when i called to enquire on 01/06/2015, i was told that the vendor manufacturing parts has stopped production and hence samsung will not be able to supply them.
