I HAD COMPLAINED TO PHILIPS CUSTOMER CARE (COMPLAINT NO. 50202104779) DATED 19/05/2015 REQUESTING TO SUPPLY ACCESSORIES FOR MY GROOMING KIT NO QG3080. ON 21/05/2015 THE SERVICE CENTRE IN MUMBAI CALLED UP AND SAID THE MODEL IS DISCONTINUED HENCE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE REQUIRED ACCESSORIES. ON 1/06/2015 I CALLED UP PHILIPS CUSTOMER CARE (18001022929) TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAD CLOSED THE COMPLAINT WITHOUT ANY PROPER REDRESSAL. MAY I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER AND GET MY COMPLAINT ADDRESSED SUITABLY
