Complaint Details
I had booked a flight from Kolkata to Srinagar 3rd May 2015.
Confirmation Number (PNR): RD695H Booking Date: WED 28 JAN, 2015 Status: CONFIRMED.
Later I got a message from SpiceJet airlines stating the rescheduling the flights in which my flights have been rescheduled in a haphazard manner. The flights have been rescheduled in a way that the morning departure on 3rd May has been rescheduled to evening and the afternoon flight from Delhi has no schedule change. Later when i contacted the customer care they rectified the issue and offered me the flight as per the details mentioned below:
SUN 03 MAY, 2015 SG252 KOLKATA / T2 DELHI / T1C 05:40 PM 07:45 PM SPICEJET

MON 04 MAY, 2015 SG164 DELHI / T1D SRINAGAR 02:15 PM 03:50 PM SPICEJET

In this case I was forced to stay at Delhi for a night and spend extra on the accommodation, travel and food expenses. I had requested to the customer care via mail , phone etc but the only reply that I have got from them was "we are not in a position to provide the travel and accommodation for the delay that they had caused".
DGCA has appointed Nodal Officers and when contacted, again I was replied over by customer care only which is actually very vague.
I have hereby attached the old ticket, revised ticket and the entire mail conversation with SPiceJet.
