Complaint Details
I booked a ticket of pnr 49542 ,order id - 969840839 dated 23-5-15, in name of Mr.pradeep .It was to departure from delhi and arrive at jaipur.the bus got cancelled but I did not receive any e-mail or an sms regarding this. I booked the ticket for rupees 300 but now I had to purchase a new one for 815 ,had I been provided the cancellation message ,I would have purchase a new ticket then and there. It is very unethical for not informing about the cancellation and his immoral conduct. My father was all alone at the bus stop and had to struggle to find a new bus. There should have been a contact number of bus agency which could be contacted for any information regarding cancelations or delays.
Even 10 days after cancelation of bus, I was not refunded back the amount I paid.I had a conversation with the bus operator who in turn said that he had already paid back the amount to paytm ,
Who is not refunding me the amount to my wallet.
Enclosed is the conversation with bus operator.(24-may-15 6:41pm,through call recorder in my phone)
