I am a grieved customer of Tab Cab pathetic services. Kindly help
We booked a cab on Friday, 22 May from Gateway of India to Goregaon and below were the issues we faced
1. Cab was late
2. The cab provided was very old and had loud cabin noise
3. The ride was bumpy due to lack of maintenance
4. The driver was rude and did not adhere to our requests of driving slow and to be careful during the bumps
5. I have raised a complaint and I have not received any response, when I called they say they have given a verbal warning to driver....
I have serious concern on this the car is pathetic and u are giving verbal warnings to driver??? Is this customer service????
