Sir

I have bough brother printer Modle No. DCP -T300 on date 26-05-2015 from apex computer & software Panipat . The Bill is enclosed.

I made a on dated 27-may-2015 complaint on customer care no. 180022422. They took me on Team Viewer and confirm the scanner is faulty. and give me REQ1505027414 no. for 24 Hours solution.
Next date i.e. 28-05-2015 nobody came to see scanner and i made a call to customer care they provide me complaint no. B1505003068 and assure me that they will sought out my problem in 24 Hrs. as per company norms.

But today i.e. 29-05-2015 nobody came to see scanner. I again made a call to customer care plz look in to the matter . They told me that 2-3 days will take up for ur complaint.

Sir, when they are selling the printer saying that they will give on sight warranty and sought out customer problem in 24 Hrs.

Sir, they are making fool of customer . Plz take matter seriously and take action against Brother Printer Company.
