I have recharge on 31st May with 50/- (talktime) and 42/- ( Unlimited usage of facebook/facebook messanger/whatsup/twitter application installed on mobile phone (3rd party browsing & Downloading is chargeable)

On seeing my balance deduction I called the Customer Care and asked Why was the balance deduction. Firstly he said he cant see the recharges and the second resolution he gave was I dont have any GPRS services as he was not able to see That and last one was more Bizarre and ridiculous , He said Reliance dont have any 42/- Data plan and it was minutes which I received instead.

And to my suprise I did get minutes but this is not what i Wanted.

I request you to get the refund of 42/- back in my account and also stop fooling customers.

Need to change Reliance if the bad service continues
