Complaint Details
I had gifted a micromax handset to my wife on her birthday after 2 months the handset started going hang day before yesterday my handset again hanged when I restart my handset its display screen going black when I give the same to service center they told your screen got damage and if you have a bill its cost aroud 6000 and if you dont have bill iys cost rs 4500. When I ask him about warranty they behaved very rudely and told we are not able to repair your handset when I sk him that I want to talk to your senior they replied there is no senior do whatever you want.
