Hello, my father had purchased a policy, which he gifted to me, and the change was officially done through their office. After repeatedly requesting them that he is no longer liable to pay the premium their office does not stop the numerous phone calls to him. I have tried calling and emailing them. But they dont just stop. Paying the unit linked premium is our choice , not compulsion. I need them to stop calling my dad.please help.
