Background of my issue:

I have been given my bike in Yamaha service center (Vardhaman Motors No 225 A, Gst Road, Guduvanchery, Chengalpattu - 603202, Opposite City Union Bank,) on 22nd May '15 to solve my bike issue, i,e., front wheel disc brake found jam often, while running the wheel is freely rotating and some time suddenly jammed i felt the issue during driving often for past one week,

While left my bike in service center i have been clearly informed that issue as prime one along with I have requested to change oil and other works such as chain loose, etc.,

After 6 days back (on 28th May'15) the vehicle is delivered to me after charging of Rs.1763,

While checking my vehicle I am really shocked, because the same issue(front wheel brake jam issue) found existing, the air hose found detached form engine port and the brake caliber found badly damaged condition (refer photos).

while asking the same to service technician, he didn't answered me properly, then I have discussed with service manager, he also replied me in rude manner and advised me to run the vehicle for 2 days, the brake jam will be released automatically ,

I argued with manager to solve the issue immediately,

But his words really hurt me, I am highly disappointed,

Iam simply brought my vehicle to my home, based on manager comment I have driven my vehicle for 1 week around 300kms but still the problem exist, Iam highly dis satisfied thier service and the service manager response,

Kindly take prompt action against Vardhaman motors and solve my issue as soon as possible,

Iam seeking your support or else I will made a compliant through consumer court,

You can check my vehicle at any time which is parked in front of my house,
