Hi,
The complaint is about videocon dth service,My consumer number is 131545124, the product is under warranty.
I have raised a complaint for non-availability of some of the news channels as they are part of the package I subscribed(Platinum Pack).
one guy came attended the next day of complaint lodged and he did something, now none of the channels are coming.
The complain numbers are 32979075,33048130,302175948, 302388406, 302597676. I am following up with the videocon support and spoke to various persons upto the area manager, but no resolution to my issue.
I am totally fed up with the kind of service they are providing when the product is under warranty, the subscribed package is valid, I am like literally begging to get this issue fixed, but no positive response from videocon dth as of now.

I am totally fed up with kind of service Videocon DTH is providing and don't want to use it any more. Please help me to resolve this issue.
