I have purchased a new DELL laptop of Rs.33,350/- in April 2011. Although it worked well but after getting knowledge about laptops I came to know that the laptop which I bought was already in use in 2009 as the drivers installed in it was of dated 2009. Now I am frustrating for paying for a new laptop and got a used one. Kindly provide me a path what to do in future. Can i get a new? or Can the shopkeeper returned the laptop?
