*Purchased one Power Bank 2600mAh vide Order no 52441249 on 18 05 2015 *Product delivered late on 02 06 2015 *Old and Fake Samsung Power Bank was delivered. *Filed a complaint for Return and Refund no 1478017 dtd.04.06.2015 ...which was replied and Rejected on 05.06.2015 saying -" Products Sold under Deal or Sunday Flea Market are Not Eligible for Return". *THIS IS TOTALLY AGAINST THE INDIAN CONSUMER POLICY & PROTECTION ACT *Duplicate n Fake n Cheap Imitation of SAMSUNG brand OLd and used product supplied which does NOT PERFORM as per specification
