Complaint Details
We are an Ngo for the visually challenged. We had bought a water purifier on 30/08/10. They did not give us a bill and assured us that they would send it to us within 2-3 days. It has been 7 months since, but we have not received any bill.
The appalling bit is that they have not come for any servicing of the machine. Our students and staff have repeatedly been falling ill and having stomach problems.
Even after having placed a complaint, it seems like there is no one to hear us out.
