Sub: Consumer forum complaint claiming INR 50,000 in damages
Ref: Two Year Service Contract / Complaint # 61667454 / Contract Reciept No. 18157158

My residence number is 23416814. I had taken a two year service contract on 4/2/11. I have filed a complaint on 26th March (Complaint # 61667454). It has been more than 7 days now that nobody has bothered to attend to my complaint. Whenever I call 3988 3333, your representatives have been taking me for a ride. I have been running from pillar to post to get my aqua guard / Inova model rectified.
I was asked to call 3068-3988 to get in touch with one Mr. Prasad. Unfortunately I believe he quit your Organization. Next I was asked to contact Mr. Krishnayya @ 93474-15300. I regret paying Rs.2050/- upfront as service contract.
