We are having AMC(Contract Receipt No. 45/20143523) of our Eureka Forbes water Purifier RO. But the service is never being done in time even after making a number of calls to the local service centre Number 0135/2641636. I am facing this problem for the last two years. The machine is never serviced in time. Since it is a water related issue we are forced to consume dirty water for RO not being serviced in time which gives health problem inspite of having RO and putting so much of money in buying and AMC of RO.
