Complaint Details
I have requested for a service of my water purifier approx one month ago. After 20 days of my service request, your executive came without any information and misbehaved with my mother. And now just five days back another executives cam and when my husband asked them to come either early morning at 9 AM or in evening 7 PM because he wanted to meet them personally. But again no one came back. Kindly confirm if this is way you are providing services then I think I will look for another company.
