Complaint Details
We have procured RO Make- Protect + from M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd, through sales manager Mr.Rajesh Shuka & Mr.Kushal Pal on 25.06.2010. As per their commitment there shall be 3 Free service in a year. Till date we do,nt have any service after reminding many times on their mobile and as wellas on Phone. In the mean time RO Tap got sheared on 20th March. Immediately we infomed to their service Engineer on their mob No-9818277770 (Name not remember).He assured that next day we will resolve the problem but he did not turned up, so we have logged our complain to toll free no and against it we receive the complain No-0061586434 Dt-21.03.2011 as well as we logged our complain to their local Ph No. The complain No- 0061589480. As per tele operator within 24 hour our complain shall resolve, but after 4-5 days we again logged the complain on 29th March Complain No-0061703972 again we was told that next 24 hours your complain shall be resloved but we did not receive any call from Eureka Forbes. In the meantimes we also logged our complain by online. Till date we do not receive any message that how long our RO shall get repair. We are drinking unhygienic water, if any member get ill, who shall be responsible. Earlier also we have very bad experience with Eureka Forbes with Auaqguard (Water purefier)and about to similer type of problem we faced in year 2006-07. Please arrange to get resolve our problem or arrange to get revert back the RO to the manufacurer. We shall be highly oblige. i am working person, my wife feeling Bad, as she suggested to buy the RO from M/s Kent,but we prefer Eureka Forbes. The relation between us also not good due to this RO. Please help us.We have also logged our complian to you on 1st April2011. Earlier Complain No-0000454/2011
