Complaint Details
I have purchased a second hand wagon R from true value outlet of maruti i.e, Sparsh Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. on 23.10.2014. And the sales team promised to get the car registration done in my name within two months of purchased and to complete the formality sales team asked to renew the insurance of the car which was not in my name. But we did renewed the insurance to expedite the process of registration transfer of our purchased car. Sales team has charged extra amount for registration transfer and till date that is still 7 months after the purchase registration process has not been completed and sales team is not either responding.
