Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This Complaint is in regards to Flat booked in Amrapali Hanging Garden, Sec-107,Noida. On 12th May, 2012 I had booked one flat, namely, project name- Amrapali Hanging Gardens at GH-01/A (Alpha), Sector-107, Noida, District- Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P.) measuring area of 1075 sq. fts and paid the initial booking amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only). I was allotted Flat No. L-1203, vide Allotment Letter No. AHG-744/L 1203, on 29th June, 2012. On 22nd August, 2012, I came to know that the said project was scrapped by your Company. And I had already made a payment of Rs. 9,35,556/- towards the booking and installment amount. I approached company for refund but it did not provide any satisfactory reply to me.I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of this unprofessional conduct.
Given the above sequence of events, I request you to help for refund of the amount of Rs. 9,35,556/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Six only) along with interest @ 24% from the date of respective payment till the date of realization from Amrapali.
